New Russian Issue Weapons.
« on: December 08, 2011, 09:20:50 PM »
I picked this up from another board where the header was "It looks like Putin went shopping at TAPCO". ;D
Anyway we apperntly have a new AK with a 60 round mag and a bi-pod. (Not only can't you hit anything, but you now will be embarassed about it, but hey, you have twice as many chances). ;D
The other is what looks like .50 caliber bullpup. :o I think the Russkies intend to get a little drastic if it comes to urban warfare and CQB. I guess that can happen when you really don't care about the neighbors. Anyway, here is the article. its from a site called The Blaze and I'm not familiar with it so I can't vouch for accuracy.

FQ,I believe "The Blaze" is one of Glen Becks creations

Es gibt keine Notwendigkeit zu befürchten, Underdog hier ist.
Great nations rise and fall. The people go from bondage to spiritual truth, to great courage, from courage to liberty, from liberty to abundance, from abundance to selfishness, from selfishness to complacency, from complacency to apathy, from apathy to dependence, from dependence back again to bondage. Where are we now??????

These are not weapons that have been accepted, they have been submitted for consideration.

I'd take two of each for evaluation purposes, for free, gratis even. Heck, I'd pay shipping. ;)

The first one looks like a modified PKM machine gun, and the second looks like a FA-MAS clone.

God grant that I may not be found wanting,
that I will not fail this sacred trust.

Looks like someone is testing the waters in the 'Mall Ninja" market  ;D

Typical Russian ROE.....the Russians don't do anything small....including collateral damage....
Why, yes....I'm the right-wing extremist Obama warned you about... ;D

I just wish Texas was as free and independent as everyone thinks it is...   :'(

Can some one explain to me the utility of a .50 short cartridge ?
It lacks the punch and range of a real .50, for far more weight and recoil than the standard  7.62X 39, with a much smaller mag capacity.

They are seeing how tough American Marines are.

They are thankful the "cold war" ended before they had to face The Marines with a puny .30 Cal. weapon.

Now they are prepared  ;D ;D ;D   ...so they think  :D :D
