Smith wheel guns, Ruger Redhawk, Colt wheel gun.  I'm partial to wheel guns it seems.
You can never have too many guns, or too much ammo

Hi-point? Really? Wow!

Yep,  I even bought 2 extra mags for it and I shoot the crap out of it.  I have never taken the slide off cause ya got to pound out a pin.  I just run the barrel, brush every thing I can see and lube it up.  Darned accurate at 10 to 15 yards (I'm not worth a darn past that).  Out of the box it shot low and to the right about 8 inches diagonally.  After a dozen rounds or so I had her in and there she has stayed!

Colt 1911
Peacemaker clones that I own
Taurus snubbie
1873 or 1866 riifle, cause I can go fast with them and they are accurate
Remington rifle and shotgun
Browning shotgun
SKB shotgun
AK
Various shot barrell shotguns I use in CAS

basically anything in my gun safe, because I'm proficient with most of them..

In no particular order, here is the short list of handguns that I would trust my life (and the lives of my loved ones) to:

Glock
Smith & Wesson
Sig
Colt
Springfield
Taurus
Kimber
Beretta

Whats in your top ten? Whats in your bottom ten? Feel free to list specific models and calibers if you would like.

well not hardly any of these "names"  My picks would be any popular wheel gun , and any 1911 and my PT 140. Ive had personal weapons that were the exception but I would not put them in a catagory or promote them .

Based on what I've shot (which is limited) and some by reputation:

Glock (any model)
CZ 75b 9mm
a solidly made 1911 in 45 acp
Sig Sauer (most models)
Beretta 92FS

Don't have any experience with wheelguns, looking to change that when I get back.

Still keep a Ruger  wheel gun by the bed, pull the trigger it goes bang, Period.

For carry,( no particular order ),
Handguns:
Kimber Ultra CDP .45 1911
Smith & Wesson M+P .40
Glock Model 22
Walther PPK/S .380

Longuns:

Remington 870, Identical to the Ruger above
1891 Argentine Mauser 7.65x53 Bolt action, Best Bolt Action Made. (sorry I'm biased), Kimber Rifles, Remington still use this style.

That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
