I don't know if you call it customer service, common courtesy, or just being nice folks, but I want to thank everyone at DRTV for the way they treat us. Mr. Bane, Mr. Pincus, Mr. Janich, Marshal and even M'ette, and most of the companies associated with the group (Mr. Potterfield leads the way as the best!) are professional and considerate in the way they treat us on a daily basis. Thank You All!!!
This note is prompted by experiences I am having with another production and their web site/forum. I have been trying to get a couple answers from them. I have tried contact through emails to several members and through a forum, but after over two months I have received no information at all. Right now they are in danger of me trying a little too much of Hazcat's home brew and calling them with a rant of every foul word I can think of. I have gone so far as to contact Outdoor Channel directly expressing my disgust with the personalities associated with a program that they carry.
Since I am so furious with that group I realized that I do not thank those that do a great job near often enough. So here it is:
Thank you for all you do, the way you listen to us, the way you respond to us, and for all you do to entertain, educate and stand up for each of us!
