"Sparky" aka Charles Schulz was my Mothers second cousin.  She grew up with him in MN.  For years, we would get a box of Peanuts books during the holidays!  Sure wish I'd hung on to some of them.  She tried to visit him while in Santa Rosa about twenty years ago but he'd pretty much stop taking visitors, even family by then.

My nickname as a child was Sparky too!  Not too many people know that so keep it to yourselves!
