Bought this one yesterday for the princely sum of $175!  One of the better deals I ever got.
(No, it aint hot.  I know the guy, and he had the original receipt!)

No sir.  The original receipt says that he paid $287 for the gun.  I gave the man what he asked for, $175.

Sweet gun. The old man has one in nickel plate. Its a great shooter. But in the box? For $175? Dude, you suck. ;D

I have one in stainless steel, I paid maybe $225 for it at a gun show. The owner mistook it for the Taurus he had when he quoted me a price, and even after realizing his mistake, stuck with the price he quoted. I appreciated the ethics, and made sure he made out OK - I bought my Sig 556 from him at his gun shop - retail. You gotta reward honesty and integrity.

My Model 60 Chief's is a Katrina survivor, lay in salt water in a flooded gun shop for some time, then was rescued and cleaned up. There are grind marks where some corrosion was removed, but it shoots well, and I got CT laser grips for it. All in all a nice piece.
