Ah yes, New Jersey,...aka Stalag/Gulag, or just plain Joyzee...

Drop a dime on your neighbor (or someone you just don’t like) and collect a grand.

Should work well.... :P

They give you a set of numbers and you use the numbers to claim your money.
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. I'm thinking the bad guys will use this to make some money. BG1 knows opposing gang member BG2 has a gun on him, calls it in, sets up BG2, get his numbers, the cops bust BG2, and BG1 gets his second set of numbers - and $1000.

Worse yet, they plant a gun on some unsuspecting average Joe and run through the process, especially if the BG has a hot gun used in a murder. They get rid of the gun, and get $1000.

Dave Ramsey used Cory Booker in Ramsey's Leadership seminar last year, I am going to vociferously insist that he never ever consider Booker again for anything.

What a perfect opportunity.  Work the system to get $1000 for a hot gun or a piece of crap and then use that money to buy two or three new guns!  This guy better watch out... he may join BHO as one of the best gun salesmen in recent history.

It would be fun if one could be planted on a few members of the City Council, Prosecutors Office and possibly the Mayors mother.
I wonder where "Americas Governor" is on this one? After all, he supports Romney, Coulter supports him, and we all just don't know any better. That's leadership right there!! Does that one fall under the Tenth Ammendment these days, too? I wonder if Ray Nagin is advising him on how to frame the issue..

Usually its seized drug deal money. The "state" can seize and sell property at auction, on drug charges, sting operations, etc,...including stereos, TV's, fancy cars, Air Jordan's,....jewelery, etc,..

It goes into stellar programs like this....
