KEWL.  Time to head to the hood.  Walk around with a cheap cell phone, tell some dude that your phone doesn't seem to be dialing out, get him to take a call (thereby getting his number), and tell him thanks, ask him who he is.  Replay that in the mall and street corner 40 or 50 times in a day you're bound to hit on a gangbanger somewhere.

Sounds like a plan.........
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.

I can think of safer ways to make a thousand $ than walking around the hood asking apparent gang bangers if "they can hear me now". Just sayin'. ;D

Usually its seized drug deal money. The "state" can seize and sell property at auction, on drug charges, sting operations, etc,...including stereos, TV's, fancy cars, Air Jordan's,....jewelery, etc,..

It goes into stellar programs like this....

Even if the guy it's seized from is found innocent.

I usually don't reply to my own posts, but I had a further thought. If you really want to make some safe shady money in Newark, how about a home invasion on the head of the local chapter of the Brady Bunch? All you'd need is an airsoft, and you know they won't shoot back. You could even put a sticker on the door on the way out with their wide screem. "Gun Free Zone. Thanks". ;D

Yes, but use their names and home addresses not their titles and office addresses.
By the time the papershufflers get it figured out you can be spending your cash back in "Free America".  ;D
