Sounds to me like some people are going onto ancestry.com and getting dead people's names, and then...well, this is the part I didn't get somehow getting their social security numbers, I guess. then they are using Turbo Tax on their laptops to file a fraudulent return (W-2's and 1099's ? , tax i.d. numbers ?) .
