The first part goes over definitions of espionage, penalties and so forth. The last maybe half goes over cases in the present/recent past. All out in the open now but next to nothing available on alot of them.. It covers countries from all over the place against us..
If you're a reader, Bill Gertz put out a book called "Enemies" that will really piss you off.. That one covers China, primarily..
