Got a notice from the local PD with my utility bill.

And not a bad notice.  A summary of what it offered.

Carrying Concealed Weapon Training.  $95.00

Advanced Carrying Concealed Weapon Training $150.00

Woman's Self Defense Training $60.00

HPD Shooting Academy $250.00 Five Week Course (appears to be 1 day a week for 5 weeks).  The class will go from 6pm to 8pm each night and cover a variety of shooting positions and scenarios.

Ammunition is included in the cost and loaner guns are available for those who do not have a weapon.

They might for a fee.  Especiaaly if it does not raise the mailing fees.
