Just found out about this site thru Para Owners.  I like the videos.  Gotta watch all of you having fun since I live in the Republic of Kalifornia and we can't own anything fun.

Welcome Newbies! I'm from Colorado (originally from N.C., but that was a hundred years or so ago). Glad to have you'all aboard.

Howdy - Im new to the forum - I have a Ruger SR9, the striker fired 9mm they released. I've been throwing all sorts of metal through this thing (Well over 10,000 rounds) and spend approximately an hour 3 days a week at the range. This is a superior pistol, and compared to my other Rugers as well as just about any other 9mm I've fired its THE most comfortable. I like the 17 round clips, light yet durable and stripping it down is a piece of cake. I use it more than I do guns worth five times as much, and can see how it could easily become a favored service pistol. I DO prefer the size and ease of concealment of smaller guns, it would be GREAT to have a version of this about the size of a PPK or a Bersa 380.

Looking forward to seeing what they have coming down the line!

Hey There MVP..
Did ya ever win any money last night? :D

I met MVP last night in the casino..and as you all know, I don't know many strangers, so he and I proceeded to put our money in a couple side by side slot machines and we talked ..instead of playing. ;D  He had also been at the Shot Show
I had to cash out  and leave, cause Marshal put a $25 winning ticket into a slot and it swallowed it, didn't bring up any credits  so he knew the machine was faulty. so he hit cash out and it spit out a 17 cent voucher  ::)
He didn't want to leave the machine until the problem was rectified.
So he called me on my phone and  I left and went to get someone to help and as is the Vegas rule.. it is your word against the machine..and they couldn't find where he put his voucher in the machine. They back tracked and saw where he had won the amount of voucher , but they said it was played across the room and cashed at another slot machine..  >:(
I got a 'bit huffy" with them and they said that there was no way that they could do anything about it since the voucher was played and cashed.
God.. What horse sh**!
I'm glad it wasn't more than 25 bucks..

Anyway.. back to our new member..  :) ( sorry ..got off track there)
He's a swell guy and I hope we see more from him and hear some of his input on here.
Welcome MVP   :)
and a big hello to all the other new members we are getting in here.

 THIS IS GREAT! ;D
