Go to shooting usa and there are some great instructors on there. Jerry Mickek, Jarrett and a few others. Watch the videos for hand gun techniques. Some are for advanced people, but a lot of the time they teach very excellent information.

Merry Christmas everyone,
New to the forums.  From Coastal Georgia, might have figured it from my name I guess.  My handle is a hold over from the early internet/forum days when the boards were pretty minimal and we added our state to the name since there was no where else to show it.  If you see Tim/GA or TimGA elsewhere it is probably me (kayak fishing, shrimping, particular gun forums, hunting, etc).

Took a few year break from shooting after the Army but back at it now and in the local gun club.  Feels good though!

Hello, Everyone!  Thought I'd better say hi.

Raised in Alaska, now living near Seattle, WA (Lynnwood).  I enjoy shooting when I can afford (and find) .45 ACP.  Keep hoping I win the lotto--could use a few more guns.  Have just a couple now for self/family/home defense (Kimber Custom II and Remington 870).

Just joined, and I thought I'd post the Newbie Hello.  Howdy from the Silicon Swamp area of Central Florida.  It's strangely cool for here.  Currently 67, heading to 40 overnight.

Have read these forums off and on for a while.  Fan of the Best Defense.  I've learned bunches from the series.
