Is Germany Doing Something Right?
« on: February 12, 2012, 06:33:06 PM »
George Soros as an American?  That make me want to spit.  George Soros is for George Soros and to hell with the rest of us if we disagree with his leftist, liberal and self-enriching agenda.

I say America first.  Take Soros's assets and deport him Iran or Syria.

American billionaire George Soros slammed German Chancellor Angela Merkel in an interview published on Sunday, warning that her policies could lead to a repeat of the Great Depression.
"I admire Chancellor Merkel for her leadership. But unfortunately she is taking Europe in the wrong direction," the financier and philanthropist told the weekly Der Spiegel.

Soros warned against addressing the crisis with spending cuts, urging the injection of funds instead.

"Otherwise we will repeat the mistakes that plunged America into the Great Depression in 1929. That's what Angela Merkel doesn't understand," he said.

US President Franklin Roosevelt addressed the crisis in 1933 with his New Deal, inspired by British economist John Keynes, which combined a reform of the banking system with major infrastructure projects.

Soros also told Der Spiegel, in remarks published in German on the magazine's website, that he thought Europe could handle the crisis without the help of the International Monetary Fund.

He said it was a mistake to offer a bailout to Greece tied to high interest rates. "That's why the country can't be saved today, and the same thing will happen to Italy if we put this country in the straitjacket of paying harsh interest rates," Soros said.

A Greek default would cause an escalation of the crisis and could lead to a run on Italian and Spanish banks, and "Europe would explode," he said.

Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.

Deport Soros to Malaysia.
They have been trying to get him since he crashed their economy.

Merkel is using history as a guide, and not wanting to repeat it.

Soros wants the collapse, he's counting on it....and a decent track record of success to boot.

ALL TOO EASY!!!!
Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

The "euro" is a house of cards, if Greece collapses the increased pressure will lead to a domino effect that will take down all the countries that don't bail in time.
Probably all except MAYBE, England, France , and Germany, this will have a major impact on the trade of other countries like the US and China.
Unless they can solve the problem by cutting "entitlements" ( Look at Greece to see how popular THAT is ) the Euro is dead.

Have you ever seen a mother spider hit the water or ground and 1000s of baby spiders spread in all directions faster than you can jump out of the way?
Why, with all the NATIONS threatened by this bastard, has somebody not dropped him in the ocean or a corn field in Iowa or Kansas somewhere, just to see if it happens with him? Seriously!..
Maybe Merkel figured out that "international" socialism doesn't work any better than "national" socialism did.. Doubt it, though.. Europa is riding the tiger, (or leopard, or whatever it is.. I forget now).

PS. Have you noticed that nobody seems to be concentrating on the House/Senate/State elections for conservatives?
With friends like these, who needs hallucinations!..

We are, but since it's local and the forum is national it doesn't come up in discussion.
Who else who posts on here gives a crap about NH state politics, or NJ.
Texas, Fla. and Ga. are pretty well represented here but most other states only have 1 or 2 people who actually post.

Tom, I was talking about in the national media. In past races where big efforts were being make by conservatives in the House/Senate, it was a pretty steady buzz on radio/TV.. Haven't heard a peep about that so far this cycle..
As for NH, everybody else headed to Texas and Florida.. Break camp and head south.. If you plan the trip right, you only have to cross about 40 miles of NY State between Mass and PA., and skip Jersey all together.. That's what I did.. If you don't mind hurricanes, tornadoes and flies that never die, y'all c'mon.  ;D

84 out of Danbury to Scranton avoids all of Joisey and you're only in NY for about an hour.  Poor boy can't get out of NH without driving in MA but at least it isn't illegal to have it stored in the trunk here.

I drove the entire length of NY a few years ago with my 1911 in the trunk.  Just don't get stupid!

It doesn't much matter for me either. We have 3 votes in the electoral college, and I can't tell you the last time any of them went to the dems. I know none in my lifetime though. Unfortunately for us, this fact means that we get no attention (which isn't all bad) but none of the money coming in for all the ads. The only time Wyo gets any attention is when they want to drop wolves off in our backyard, or save the prairie dogs from the evil oil companies.  >:(

I will say though that I am happier than I thought I would be with our delegates. I see them in the news and getting in BHO's face as much as anyone else. And so far, they are voting the way I want them to.
I am a member of my nation's chosen soldiery.
God grant that I may not be found wanting,
that I will not fail this sacred trust.

I'd think about since my sister lives in Dallas, but the gun laws are too strict for my liking.
Besides, we may get COLD, but at least a blizzard is quite, it doesn't bother you until the roof actually does fall in.
None of that annoying screaming wind and what not.   ;D
