huh?

I thought I saw some other court case recently, I think it involved an illegal alien with a gun, where the court came back and said that illegals are not afforded our Constitutional rights.

Not enough information in the article, but it refers to the plaintiffs as "immigrants" but specifies "illegal immagrants in a couple other places.
I suspect the people who sued may be here legally, but got picked up any way.

It was most likely a court in another country that enforces it's immigration laws ;D, unlike the U.S.. Back in 1981 I took a trip to Grand Caymon and as soon as I got off the plane and passed thru immigration, an immigration official was grilling me on what is the purpose of my visit and how long I was planning on staying. You are/were  allowed to stay two weeks max as a visitor. It is an island so it wouldn't be a problem for immigration officials to track your butt down & deport it. To bad our elected progressive officials (liberal Dems & Rep) don't follow the rules that they helped put in place!
