Yes it's on the list.  S&W is one of about five manufacturers that are well represented.  Sig, Ruger, S&W, Para, Beretta, Kahr, even Glock as long as they're used and in the state prior to '98.  No one wants to ship mail order though.  I went on Buds and registered only to find they wouldn't sell me anything.  Too much hassle so I stay away from the auctions altogether.  Can't even buy ammo mail order!  Components yes but no finished ammunition.
