Tru-Glo I believe.   It's the first thing I did to it.  Glock front sight is so easy if you have the right socket wrench.

Glock is great!!! Has anyone seen the youtube video with Yeager talking about Glocks? This guy goes off about how good Glocks are. I thought I was a Glockoholic but I am pretty sure that when this guy dies, he will be reincarnated as a Glock.  ;D

The sights on mine are Ameri-Glo (and came with a wrench)....but one of the rear pills is gone (After 5 yrs) but the front is still bright.  Brownells has several brands that you can order just the rear, and I like the low profile look on yours.
