No,No,No my good Sir.,.,,,,

He simply doesn't care....Remember his remarks about how the Constitution was too restrictive on "what the .gov "can't do" while he wanted it phrased on what the ".gov can impose"......

.
Scalia, Thomas, and Alito certainly might....

Here is a good visual of his attitude.

He scolded them during his State of The Union about the reversal of McCain/Feingold and it's violation of the 1st Amendment!

and now has jumped onboard per Axelrod, with mega PAC's that have yet to be unleashed....

It's the Chicago way.....Even Clinton called him a Chicago Thug during the campaign of 08....
Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

Today the Fifth Circuit ordered the Justice Department to explain the Presidents remarks about the Supreme Courts ability to challenge the laws that Congress has passed!  It should be very interesting this week....They ordered an answer by noon on Thursday!

 ;D

I've been watching him stump all week.  He really is a common dolt when he doesn't have something prepared!  He won't be facing McCain during his debates this time.  Regardless of whom we take to the dance, he's in trouble!

I really would like to see BHO get into a Wizzing Contest with the SCOTUS.  It might turn that he can ignore anything they say, but there will be a whole lot of mud slinging and the Justices aren't up for re-election.

This arrogant, pompous, narcissistic, so called leader stated that it would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress.
I guess he never heard of Brown vs Education that overturned state laws regarding segregation in schools.  Now that is state laws and not federal, but the point is, the courts overturn laws all the time.  Would bHo have not wanted the courts to overturn school segregation laws?  The president, nor congress have the power of the courts.  Congress may pass law, the POTUS may sign laws, but the courts and only the courts have the power to determine the constitutionality of laws.
Does he not know that it is judicial review by the courts and judges that determine the constitutionality of laws and not congress or the president.  The courts determine the constitutionality of laws do not overturn laws they find constitutional.

He is lying, ignorant, stupid, conniving, politicking, etc. or all the above and then some?  Does he not know about the three branches of government, about checks and balances.  Of course he does.  There are some who believe that a decision has been leaked to the white house.  This makes sense as it seems that the self centered, power grabbing  POTUS is setting the stage for his campaign trail and rhetoric.  He is seeding the fable to the vast number of uneducated sheeple that don't know and don't understand the three branches of government and checks and balances, that the courts took away your health care and he must be reelected.  His message will be that only bHo can fix this and needs to be reelected.  The stage will be set for new health care bills to be introduced during the campaign election cycle.  Those who oppose such bills (mostly Republicans) are mean and evil.  These monsters don't care about your health or your financial health, they are just greedy.  How does Romney respond, after all he passed health care in Massachusetts and bHocare was modeled from it?  bHo must be reelected, because only he can straighten out the courts, by appointing his judges.  Judges who believe that that constitution is a living, changing document that is to restrictive by limiting what government can do and must be changed.  Changed not by the amendment process, but by fiat from the bench.  After all, it's for the children.

The stage is set for a battle royale.  Get out there and vote.  Get your friends and neighbors to vote.  Educate yourselves and your neighbors.  The power hungry, power grabbing, bHo must be defeated.  If the government can force you to buy health care, which is the unprecedented part of this law, what can they force you to buy next?
"We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution. "    Abraham Lincoln

I'm doing my part...I've already convinced at least a dozen who voted for the douche bag that they made a mistake!  Just the facts were all that was necessary!
