Speaking of Dead Horses...and the beating thereof...
« on: May 17, 2012, 03:37:07 PM »
I submit this tid-bit of info to further aid in re-saddling the supine equine:

Quote
Obama wasn’t born in Kenya, except when he claims he was born in Kenya

When the whole Birther thing started, I wanted to know more. You might say I was Birth-curious. But then a thought occurred to me, and it’s one I can never shake anytime somebody brings up the topic: “If this is true, why aren’t we talking about President Hillary right now? With all her money and all her oppo-research experts, none of them turned up any evidence of this in time to do her any good?”

Personally, I think that politics today are just a well scripted reality show, put on to make the masses think that they actually matter. We haven't in a long time. The elites run the world now. They bend when we make enough noise just to shut us up, but only after they have found another way around us. Disarmament of the United States will be the next big push as we 3 million gun owners are the last obstacle left in front of the puppet masters.

Sorry for the rant, just getting fed up with our only choices in candidates being bad, and worse.

God grant that I may not be found wanting,

I heard about this yesterday.  I do care about where he was born, because it is a legal issue.  I care about what he did with his citizenship as he grew up for the same reason.  However, I am not going to go down that road again, because all it does is allow them to avoid answering other questions.

My reason for caring about this is that I have always said that his lack of action on the birthplace issue showed he was hiding things.  If it were all a non-issue he could have cleared it up easily in a couple days, but he chose not to.  Now we have this, and it proves he is a liar - either he lied then or he is doing it now.

Now is the time to start the unrelenting pressure for him to tell the truth and explain why he lied.  Maybe he can also be honest about many other issues in his life.

And I will go on record as predicting that will be a bloody mess.  Many gun owners are also sheeple sadly, but it does not take many dedicated true freedom loving Americans to stop tyrants.

Only 3 million?  Not to split hairs, but I thought there were a lot more gun owners in the US.  Granted, that number is greatly reduced when you consider the number of people who simply own guns vs the number who actually know how to use them, but that's another story altogether.
Bravery and stupidity are often synonymous.  So are cowardice and intelligence.

"We Americans have been a rebellious band of freedom loving vagabonds from the very beginning. Our freedom from the crown and tyranny would not exist had it not been for the gun. That's a tradition we like to hold on to.  The same can't be said for the rest of you 'Subjects of the Queen'."--said to a Canadian friend who just doesn't get it.

Yes, more like 80 million...50-55% of American households have a firearm.

Count on Beck to stir it up some also:

http://www.glennbeck.com/2012/05/17/glenn-offers-jeremiah-wright-150k-for-truth-on-barack-obama/

Glenn offers Jeremiah Wright $150k for truth on Barack Obama

Uncovered in Jeremiah Wright’s interview with author Ed Klein was the fact that Wright actually kept a cardboard box full of documentation including personal letters from Obama. Glenn offers the same exact amount of money Obama allegedly offered to bribe Wright ($150k) to get the contents of this cardboard box.

“I offer you a $150,000 as an opening offer for the box.  We don’t spin it.  We will just show what’s in the box.  Opening offer $150,000 right now cash for the box,” Glenn said on radio.

“Let’s see what’s in the box.  He’s insinuating here there’s much, much more that’s in the box.”

Yes, more like 80 million...50-55% of American households have a firearm.

What is a "Three Percenter"?
During the American Revolution, the active forces in the field against the King's tyranny never amounted to more than 3% of the colonists. They were in turn actively supported by perhaps 10% of the population. In addition to these revolutionaries were perhaps another 20% who favored their cause but did little or nothing to support it. Another one-third of the population sided with the King (by the end of the war there were actually more Americans fighting FOR the King than there were in the field against him) and the final third took no side, blew with the wind and took what came.

Three Percenters today do not claim that we represent 3% of the American people, although we might.
That theory has not yet been tested. We DO claim that we represent at least 3% of American gun owners, which is still a healthy number somewhere in the neighborhood of 3 million people. History, for good or ill, is made by determined minorities. We are one such minority. So too are the current enemies of the Founders' Republic. What remains, then, is the test of will and skill to determine who shall shape the future of our nation.

The Three Percent today are gun owners who will not disarm, will not compromise and will no longer back up at the passage of the next gun control act. Three Percenters say quite explicitly that we will not obey any futher circumscription of our traditional liberties and will defend ourselves if attacked.
We intend to maintain our God-given natural rights to liberty and property, and that means most especially the right to keep and bear arms. Thus, we are committed to the restoration of the Founders' Republic, and are willing to fight, die and, if forced by any would-be oppressor, to kill in the defense of ourselves and the Constitution that we all took an oath to uphold against enemies foreign and domestic.

We are the people that the collectivists who now control the government should leave alone if they wish to continue unfettered oxygen consumption. We are the Three Percent. Attempt to further oppress us at your peril. To put it bluntly, leave us the hell alone. Or, if you feel froggy, go ahead AND WATCH WHAT HAPPENS.

****

"Remember that Jefferson told us that the Second Amendment would not be needed until they tried to abolish it. There are people who have that in mind right now. The personal ownership and usage of firearms is not a common aspect of today's culture worldwide. It is up to Americans - those who know what it means to be an American - to uphold the light of liberty in the face of those both here and elsewhere who would extinguish it.
We see the hysterics who feel that the abolition of firearms would bring about major changes in the human psyche, and that crime would disappear. We cannot reason with these people because they are impervious to reason, but we can expose them to ridicule and frustrate their political clout. That is a job not just for the National Rifle Association, but for everyone. If you want to make a resolution for the coming century, resolve to do something in defense of liberty every day, and by liberty, of course, we mean true liberty - the right to keep and bear arms. Without that liberty all other liberties are meaningless."
Col. Jeff Cooper

::)

Of course he did,.....right after a meeting with the Jack Booted Thugs,...... DOJ, HSA officials........
Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.

Even after the bad things she, and especially Bill said about Barry, "The Magic Negro". She got to be Sec State .
You think he did that to be a nice guy ?
