If BHO looses the election and refuses to leave office I doubt the military/police will support him....and I doubt he is dumb enough to try that.

I'd expect if the the BHO Team feels there is too great a chance of loosing the election they will have to manufacture a crisis situation, declare martial law and suspend the elections until order can be restored if they go that way.

With a plausible and legal reason to suspend the elections, they might have a chance of military support, particularly since the military/police will already be involved in quashing whatever crisis has occurred and will be getting used to following emergency orders.

Beg to differ with ya, there, Timothy. It's quite plausible, albeit unlikely IMHO (at this point in time, subject to ongoing review).

- bho has the press in the palm of his hand controlling the communications. Don't let the current kerfuffles confuse you, they will snap in line the minute he/they do something. They like their jobs, you see, and if changes are coming, well, no sense losing your job over a little thing like the Constitution. 

- bho has most of the Federal judiciary fixed firmly in the leftoid/statist/anti-US Constitution camp, along with the prosecutors - you remember, the ones W got into hot water for trying to replace a half dozen or so, and bho replaced them all with his lackeys and nary a peep from the MSM?

- bho has a Joint Chiefs panel composed of some of the biggest asshat political types ever to wear a uniform. Seriously, these wonks at the top of the .mil food chain really frost my gizzard, kowtowing to bho's every whim just to keep their jobs and pensions too!

- The kongress kritters are locked down since the dems own the senate, so they ain't going to be able to do anything. Even if they did, it would take time, and then would take more time to overcome a presidential veto. That's assuming that bho didn't dissolve kongress completely, or left the Senate in place and eliminated the House. Hey, once you go extra-Constitutional, everything - and anything - is possible.

And if bho did act, we would need time - lots of time - to tear Tom Bogan away from his Dancing with the Stars show  , along with all of the other of his ilk, and by the time we did (I hear Tom has the first 6 seasons of DWTS on DVD now), it would be all over and the fat lady would be singing.

535 men and women of the current Congress, nine SCOTUS Judges, the entire military, every Governor, state legislature, judge, district attorney, et al, swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies foreign AND DOMESTIC!

Crimes and misdemeanors is an impeachable offense.  Certainly he's already guilty of at least that already!
