Didn't have her when that was taken.  (but if you look around on another thread you'll see two new ones!)

Her name is Stretch, originally Sylvia, thought she might be a he and was a Sylvester, but after the vet confirmation, alas,..
Whenever the guns are frolicking about, she lounges and "stretches" and head butts and can't get away from them. Hence the name.

She was adopted, literally taken by the wife who fell for the old "Free Kittens To A Good Home" sign. Oh, and it was on the wrong side of town on the other side of the tracks,... Her Pedigree leaves much to be desired. But she is a true slayer of 2 mice, 1 dove, 1 mole, and 2 chickadees. Wife didn't like it but I told her It's a cat thing. 8)

When I clean my guns, she has to be RIGHT there, sticking her nose in everything, I am probably at fault for addicting her to Hoppes No. 9, and Rem Oil, although she prefers Break Free. PETA would not approve. But she loves it.

She has no class, especially hanging out with those oiled and lubed guns, but your right, she has good taste, between the 1911 or the Rem. 870 its a toss up. She's easy,..I'm sure you understand,.....   It's a cat thing... ;D

Great post!

OH MY!  "Strech" (my guy) and "Stretch" (your girl)!  What are the chances of two cats like that on one forum??

As far as the birdies and such, just make sure she has a bell on her collar to 'make it fare".

Oh, after a strict scolding of 2 boxes of Federal, The M+P brought the handcuffs, the cat well, can't do anything with her, but give her some catnip from the garden and,,.. well its a cat.. ::)

The name thing is quite a coincidence, sounds like they both got a lucky draw in life, and as long as she keeps the moles out of the garden she can live quite a spoiled life.
