Thanks everyone. 

I shot in an Indoor Glock League on Friday Night and took first place for the summer league.

I shot in the River Bend Block outdoor match on Saturday.  Don't have my final score tally, but I'll post it soon.

Ran sound for a really cute  couple getting married Saturday afternoon, then sat on my lawn chair on my newly landscaped back yard and watched the sun set.   A pretty good birthday after all.   

On "the present'?   A S&W 627 Performance Center.  Used but in great shape.  And yes, I managed to get by the range and put a few round through her.
