pretty impressive from a self-mutilation standpoint.  but the real Aussie home medical demonstration is self-circumcision using the hatchet/tree stump method.

That made me squirm a bit. I can't imagine ever doing that if I had a nail fungus. Then again, I'm not a complete idiot.
