Plus a potential hurricane,.....

Charlotte has placed a "green zone" barrier for the DNC Convention......They even scooped up all the homeless and hookers....

Bummer, guess they will just have to spend our money on booze instead.
By the way, the monkey has been tentatively identified as the advance man for Biden .

They didn't scoop up the hookers, they just have them on retainer for lobbyists and contributors.   ;D
