Round here I use a .45LC with 340 grain bullets,  but not for the mushrooms for the bears that come along with them!

I'd say most any caliber would work for that job.  12 Gauge comes to mind right off though.. lol.

Yep, I've never had one but I've been told when they're fried that they taste just like fried chicken.
