Wally World
« on: April 23, 2008, 05:37:01 PM »
Because of WalMart's deal with Mayor Bloomberg and his band of federal felons, I went to a gun store yesterday and bought 100 rds. of ammo.  I photocopied the receipt and mailed it to Wally World's corporate offices, addressed to their Chief Compliance Officer, informing them of a lost sale, and the reason.

I urge others to do the same, to let them know that they have insulted and offended a major part of their customer base.  I will from now on find other places to spend my money, even if it costs me more to do so.

Now if you can get about 80 million more people to do that.. you might get wal-mart's attention. One thing wal-mart will take seriously..is lots of $.

Find an email address and save yourself the half buck every time you want to rub their nose in it.

I'll send my Midway receipts, local gun store rec,.. All of them,...

Only 79,999,995 more people to go. The Wally Worlds here in my town don't even sell scatter guns or .22's anymore.

It's a shame. I still have my grandfathers Wards Western Field , bolt action .410 from Montgomery Ward's catalog. The old Sears single shot 12 guage's are long gone too. Winchesters, Rem's all gone.

I guess the other "stuff" is more important.

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.

Wards ,Wards Triumph, and Western  Field fire arms were MOSTLY made by Mossberg, although other makers such as Stevens, Savage , Colt , and Remington made fire arms for them.  Check www. e-gunparts.com for your "House brand" model number and you can cross reference to the original maker and model.

I talked with our local Walmart manager today, he found out about the new "procedures" from a friend who saw it on the news, not from corporate exec's....  Sad news is he is really fighting to keep guns and ammo in his store, so there maybe some store managers out there that are on our side, we need to find out who they are and spend our dollars in those stores or just roll over to another anti gun agenda...

Here is a link to the NRA-ILA web site. There is a e-mail and phone number for Wal-mart. Tell them what you think. Show them how much we can cost them!!
