Knife Reform

I hope the trend continues and states keep getting on board concerning knives..... since most everyone carries a knife, even when not carrying a gun. If my pants are on, my knife is clipped in the right pocket.

NH quit regulating knives a year ago after losing a State Supreme court fight over swords and assisted opening knives confiscated from a nearby gun store.
I can carry a switch blade, a saber, or a Claymore if I can afford one. (Got a Cold Steel Ti lite )

In ca you can carry a folding knife concealed of any length.  Just can't be butterfly or a switch blade.  You can carry a fixed blade exposed any length you want.  Concealed 2.75".

And just East of you there is a state that doesn't regulate silly things like auto knives and has preemption laws against locals trying to set regs that are tighter than the state law. They are also class 3 friendly, no limits on mag capacities and if you shoot someone in self defense, you are protected against civil litigation.

Not east of me.  South and east.   I spent alot of time in az working on gov contracts.  There is no way I would live there.  As soon as my grandparent pass on, I will be leaving the state.  I have  3 citys in mind.  I  can move almost anywhere and make a livinig.  My wife  can walk into basicly any hospital in the country and get a job.  So our options are wide open.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that you are more than welcome to move to the Willamette Valley here in Oregon, I'd even help on this end.  We need more people like you  :)

The bottom half of AZ blows. The top half is splendid.

Of course there might be a learning curve moving to someplace that you have freedoms and lower taxes.  :-*

In your line of work I would too, but it beats the crap out of the cold. Imagine trying to be a contractor somewhere like Duluth or Buffalo. :o Stay away from Florida (not that you aren't welcome), but there are so many scam artists down here its got be hard for an honest contractor to compete against them until he can build up a rep. Even them, too many dumb asses just listen to the sales pitch and look at the numbers, and then get hosed. Look at Austin, its a great town, and its one of the fastest growing cities in the US, should be plenty of work for restoration older homes and customizing new stuff..
