Laserlyte for Ruger LCP
« on: October 21, 2012, 06:13:40 PM »
Picked up a sidemounted Laserlyte for my wife's Ruger LCP. A student was interested in purchasing one so I let her try the wife's at the range. The rounds were all over the place due to the crude sights of the LCP. I shot it also and embarrassed myself with how inaccurate it was for me.  :P Made up my mind to get the Laserlyte for the LCP. Was able to pick one up for $80. Took it out to the range to dial it in. Was right on the money but died after about 5 shots. Put in the spare batteries it came with and it would not function. Returned it to the shop and got another Laserlyte. Fired it and was dead on the bullseye for several magazines. Did not have to make any adjustments.  ;D

Brought it home to the wife and she was very excited about getting her first laser on a firearm. Now to make time to get her to the range and try it out!!!
