Fall on Your Sword Please

I've just listened to the latest on Fox News (Megyn Kelly) re the Benghazi disaster. Charlie Woods, Tyrone's father, was on and wants to know who denied his son the help he requested for both the consulate and the annex and he wants to know why. Fact: two requests were made from the CIA Annex to help during the first two hours of attack on the Consulate; both were denied. One request was made from the Annex to send a quick reaction team from there to the Consulate to rescue our people; it was denied. Tyrone led a quick reaction team anyway and managed to rescue some people plus recover the body of Sean Smith and return them under fire to the Annex. A third request for help was sent from the CIA Annex to send help to them when they came under fire; it was denied. The Secretary of Defense yesterday said DOD forces were not sent because we did not know the situation on the ground. We now know that laser designators were painting the terrorist mortar positions and ready to assist gunships in suppressing their fire.

It is time for some leaders in position to fall on their swords, blades up: Director CIA, Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, Ms Lamb, the two Generals who were mentioned by SecDef as advising him on the military situation, the Vice President of the United States AND the President of the United States. Candidates for resignation include Director of National Intelligence, National Security Advisor, President's Press Secretary and the US UN Ambassador. Cowardice and stupidity have consequences.

So how do we start pushing? Each covers for the other in the biggest cover up in history that amounts to murder. I swore after Mayaguez that I'd never witness abandonment again. Well, even, after the fact I am witnessing it. Murder (mentioned by Charlie Woods) charges and dereliction of duty are self evident. So far, no one has shown any integrity and that bothers me to no end. Blades up, boys. Teh perhaps our President will understand that the bayonet still has its uses!

As long as it continues troop welfare will take second place to a fuzzy political agenda.
I will now carefully point out that it was not I who mentioned the "M" word,  but it has a certain appeal.

As long as it continues troop welfare will take second place to a fuzzy political agenda.
I will now carefully point out that it was not I who mentioned the "M" word,  but it has a certain appeal.

Much like the deaths that resulted from F&F, all to support a political agenda to attack our 2A rights.  The list of those that should stand in front of a jury would be thicker than Obama Care...

Just don't hold your breathe, but we should hold our elected officials feet to the fire and support those like Grassely and the other Congressman and Senators that are pursuing this like the scandal it is.  And throw the BUMS that are running interference for the Administration out!
