Penn State Officials Charged
« on: November 01, 2012, 11:25:10 AM »
Just saw a news conference in which the PA Atty Gen announced charges leveled at the 3 top involved guys at Penn State in the Sandusky incident. 5 various counts each having to do with the endangerment of minors, perjury, witholding evidence, etc.  If he wasn't dead, Joe Paterno probably would have been #4.

If they actually let that go on and hid it, f*** them.
I got the blues as my companion.

HI;

     Being from PA, Most of us realize that this is going to financially cost the taxpayer a lot of money in damages when lawsuits get filed.  What hurts us more is the facts of what went on and the coverup at Penn State by ALL involved. For years there was undertone grumbling that Joe Pa should have retired. Now we have the feeling that since Sandusky was heir apparent - Joe Pa stayed on until Sandusky was gone, then Joe Pa went after the title of winningest Coach.

     Regardless of where these arrests and prosecutions lead us too, it must be done and move on. I am/never was too much of a Penn State fan - since the heavy traffic that went through my town was a pain in the butt and us locals use to joke that whenever Penn State would loose we had to break out the life preservers because the susquehanna river would rise and flood from all the tears from the fans.

     hang them   and  hang them high !
