Not much of a recipe over a slightly different way to do burgers on the grill - thrills the kids and wife to no end when I do it.
Make you patty's half the normal thickness you would make a "regular" burger.
Put your cheese on top of one thin patty and cover and seal edges by pinching/rolling the top and bottom patty with the cheese in between.
grill.
Cheeseburgers with the cheese INSIDE - Blue and Pepper Jack are the family favorites.

In the Midwest, Minnesota specifically, that's called a "Juicy Lucy"!
Great burger idea....add some caramelized sweet onion and you've got a real treat! Thanks for sharing...
