I recalled I'd just signed an employment agreement a few weeks back that basically said that as an "at will" employee, they can release me for any reason, period!  It also says that I can terminate for any reason as well!

[drift] Reminds me of a children's book on the Constitution and Bill of Rights I got from the library for my g-kids to read.  I knew it was a libtard rag as soon as I read the part about the Second Amendment.  The book said, (paraphrased here) Some people think the Second Amendment gives individuals the right to own guns.

How can our children and grandchildren even begin to know whom the Constitution is meant to defend if they are 'educated' by crap like that?  I did BTW protest the content of that book through the County Commission.  Haven't heard back yet. [/drift]

That's the point.
You can not be a good little lamb and believe that the rights of the individual take precedence over the powers of the state.
It interferes with the state making you do "whats best".

What your letter will say is "... without cause."  I've written a couple, and this is what the weasels advise ... in their opinion.  It pretty much says we don't want you anymore, so bye bye!

My father and mother reside in ANC. I take what the girl did very personally. So, in trying to set emotions aside, I don't see where she broke any laws, neither in her actions at the Tomb of The Unknown Soldier nor on her own Facebook page. On those two incidents, the 1A does apply, even if I find it most offensive. As for her employer's actions, I sense there is more behind it. From the articles I sense this was just one of perhaps several disrespectful acts these two girls engaged in and in full view of the 40 visitors that LIFE sponsored. In their eyes, the girls not only violated their principles in front of their guests, but also flaunted it to the nation. But, at the next Democratic convention, all will be forgiven as the girls speak out berating the war on women. If only they had visited a condom factory. I can just wonder what antic they would have pulled there!

I fired a guy becuase he posted a pic of him smoking pot on facebook.   I didn't really care that he smoked pot( as long as it didn't get in the way of his work, not many can pull that off.)  I fired him for being a dumb ass  for posting that pic on facebook.   while there are some diffrences in this case, the outcome is the same, you are fired for being a dumb ass.
I always break all the clay pigeons,  some times its even with lead.
