I got a package in the mail today with DVD and MB's book. THanks a lot, but all I did was selfishly tried to get myself out to Gunsite for free. Nice gesture though.

Congrats guys!  If I had known there were consolation prizes I would have ignored by conflicts and applied.

BAC - Hope you enjoy the trip to the great north.  I'm hoping we can say white and cold, but as long as you stay out of Metrosota it's all good.

A little of both. I think my trigger finger may in fact fall off before it's all over. I lost track of rounds somewhere around 15 magazines ago. The training has been very fast paced with little to no rehearsal time before we go hot. So almost everything we have done was live fire for the camera. Trust me they have HOURS of bloopers from this one. (running and tripping in the rain/mud and still trying to pull off the shot while half on your butt and nearly doing the splits) So far the only injuries have been bloody fingers (from loading gobs of ammo) and a pulled muscle in my leg. (refer to my attempt to NOT faceplant in the rain/mud)

There was genuine and visable improvement even with the fast pace and lack of practice before moving to the next drill.

More to follow, and pics when I get going on that.
