State Troopers Gone Hot Outside of Work
« on: December 05, 2012, 01:45:44 PM »
Big deal in the little hick town where my day job is. State Troopers pulled over a little car and we heard the bullhorn tell them they were pulled over for suspicion of armed robbery, not to move or they would be shot. Troopers with sidearms drawn.

Pix of the accumulated team:

My buddy was driving back with lunch and snapped this next photo as he drove past.

Took!

Those of us with any sense were on the other side of the vault. (We're in an old bank).

Good going. As NYC cops showed us your chances of being shot by "The good guys" is inversely proportionate to you actually being the ones who actually DID preform he armed robbery.

I'm assuming that in the second picture the one in front had the gun because he has a hat on while Barney in the rear held the shared bullet for Andy.

Do they wear like Star Trek mini-skirts and leotards?  It looks like something Barney Frank's crowd would wear.
Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.

I'm not a huge fan of NJ State Troopers. I have known a few and more than a small number of them are dicks. But quite a few of them are pretty badass. These guys took their time, were calm and firm, and got the three "bad boys" cuffed and out of the car within about 20 minutes with no shooting. I'm happy.

The Honor man in my platoon in Boot Camp had been with the NJ SP.
He had served in the Army in Vn then got on the SP, they canned him for running some one off the road in a chase, so he enlisted in the Marines.
