A "Knife Nut" in China stabs 22 kids, 3 adults.

Heard reports this morning a man with a knife stabbed 22 kids as they arrived at school. Stabbed 3 adults too. No info on deaths as of the report.

The mistake we make here in the US is not acknoledging the real problems, such as mental health. Defective units will create mayhem any way they can. Let's hope those kids all recover.

I called the Brady bunch about this incident, but all they were interested in was what caliber the knife was, whether it was automatic and if it was standard military issue in China.

This was the second episode of a knife attack in China this year (I think).


How the heck can someone do that much damage without someone making a stand?

All that was done with security in the school.  Security were the ones that tackled the guy.  I don't know what China's version of security is, but it goes to show that they can't be everywhere and stop everything from happening.

I believe it was 1,000 men.  Let's just consider the other ways these evil people could inflict harm on society like the bombing of a school here in the US back in the 20's, the Chechnian rebels taking over a school 8-9 years ago and planting explosives, chemical/biological attacks, flying airplanes into buildings, arson, running into crowds with vehicles, turning children against their parents, propagandizing a populace against a minority...

So when was the last time some one proposed controls on who can buy a lighter, a car, or a news outlet?  Evil lurks among us and the only way to deal with when it rears is ugly head is quickly and violently which means we always need to be vigilante and prepared.
