Feinstein says "move semi-autos to NFA"

Well, hey, don't take my word for it, see it here for yourself:

I'm guessing that would me paying $200 for each AR or AK you have.

You guys in the free-er states can explain the process for acquiting NFA items.

This might be a duplicate thread.

As predicted.

And isn't it the National Firearms Act, not the Federal Firearms Act?
Will work for ammo

It won't happen. That would spell disaster at the polls worse than a "Grandfathered" ban would, for any Senator or Congressman who voted for it. Many people have extensive collections of these weapons. Raping $200.00 out of the pockets of citizens for every one of them they own, would all but cause riots. Not to mention bog down the ATF with a mountain of paperwork. You're going to be hearing a lot of this type of idiotic talk coming from liberals in the next several months.

Luckily, it seems the more they talk, the harder they make it for themselves. They will just exemplify their stupidity on the subject, and in the process show how detached they are from it, let alone any real "solutions". Next will come a "parade of victims and their loved ones". They learned that trick from Sandra Fluke. Find a living, breathing, mass of protoplasm to support your cause. Then stick it out there for all the world to see and snivel over.

I've thought the same thing - the more radical their ideas and proposals the fewer people who will actually support them.

"Feinstein says "move semi-autos to NFA"
And thinking Americans say DiFi should be moved to a home for senile politicians .

We need to respond in kind, for every anti they parade out there we need to produce 3, 5, or 10 working parents to say "If you do this, you are taking money out of my pocket that would pay for my children's food, shoes, or schooling"
Have the children with them, the younger the better .
some little 5 year old  begging "When the wolfs at the door let my Daddy be able to shoot it".
One cute little kid is worth 10 tramps like Sandra Fluke.

Along these same lines, I've wondered if the NRA could get several of the pro-gun celebrities to do PSAs supporting gun ownership.  Folks like Tom Selleck, Eric Estrada, Louise Mandrell, Joe Montegna, Gerald McRaney, and others could lend a powerful voice of support.  Even if media outlets were reluctant to run the PSAs they would still get attention by showing up in news broadcasts, reports, and talk shows.  The public could then go to YouTube to watch the full version.

I think that is coming. Brace yourself for a mega dog and pony show to come from both sides.
