Just had drive around the parking lot twice at the Local Gun Shop to get a parking spot.  AR-15s are going for 2X+ what they were a month ago with very few to choose from.  Can't fault them, supply and demand.  Part of me says sell all mine and come back in a couple of months when nothing happens and the market is flooded and they can't give away AR-15s and AKs.  Wish I had a crystal ball.......

Supply may return to "normal", but I have a sick feeling that these prices, and ammunition prices, will be the new "normal".  Always seems to be the case.

Depending how high ammo prices go will determine if they return to "normal", or settle 10% to 15% higher than they were before this fiasco started. I remember before the election of 2008, CCI Blazer Brass in .45 ACP was going for $9.99 a box at Wal-Mart. The same in 9 MM was $7.97. After Hussein got elected prices on everything skyrocketed. About a year later, (2009), .45 ACP went to it's current price of $18.95 to $21.95 a box, and 9 MM went to $19.97 for the 100 round Federal Value Packs at Wal-Mart. Who knows what the "new low" will wind up to be.
