Sheriff Mack. - Sheriffs can stop gun control
« on: January 01, 2013, 03:51:39 PM »
I've said it before and linked to Mack's site.

Here is an article covering the topic.

Richard Mack, a former sheriff in Graham County, Ariz., joined with then-Ravalli County Sheriff Jay Printz in a lawsuit against Washington when Bill Clinton demanded sheriff’s enforce provisions of the Brady Bill gun control law.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio is also dispatching armed volunteer posse's to every school in his County.

PHOENIX — An Arizona sheriff has announced plans to deploy an armed volunteer posse to protect Phoenix-area students in the wake of the mass shooting at a Connecticut elementary school.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio tells KTVK-TV (http://bit.ly/WMVRwn) he has the authority to mobilize private citizens to fight crime but hasn’t talked to specific districts.

The article also mentions instances where the Federalis were threatened with arrests by local Sheriff's and the Feds backed down.

I posted early this year about the New Mexico event where trees were burned on Federal land to back burn a wild fire. The Feds huffed and puffed and tried to play hardball, but the local Sheriff said he would arrest any interfering Fed in his County.

They STFU and slithered away.

10th Amendment
10th Amendment

Read it,
Make sure your State Reps. and Senators, Sheriff's, et al,...also have the stones to uphold another assault of a Constitutional Amendment.

Is it me or more and more of the Amendments being violated? Flagrantly, they're not even being sneaky about it anymore.
Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

Don't have to be sneaky any more.....not gonna be up for re-election.

Let's just hope that means there won't be another term too.
