Guess you have to be old like me and remember Ford first hand. As President, he kept physically messing up, bumped into the door frame of Air Force One, slipped off the last step of the steps down from the plane, shanked a golf ball into a crowd of reporters, stuff like that.
I'm not saying alcohol was not involved, he just seemed clumsy. My attempt at humor.
Guess I'll keep it to the joke thread.
The real things always got exaggerated on shows like Saturday Night Live. He wasn't really
that clumsy. And at least HE never puked on any diplomats.
