There are limits on Executive orders, just like Obama can't make a Recess appointment over the weekend while Congress is still in session.
When will people wake up that this POS will do as he pleases and f*ck you, and f*ck the Constitution.

I would not be surprised if BHO wants to create a constitutional crisis. Also, the courts have not seemed to want to strike down Executive Orders. Presidents, both R and D, have been abusing Executive Orders since FDR issued several thousand. The creation camps and internment of Japanese Americans was done from an Executive Order by FDR.

He may not go for it all with Executive Order, but he will push it further than intended.  We will either accept it and cuss, or we will tie up the Courts where they will compare our rantings to the birther claims.  Either way he will win the battle
