France bombs Mali!??

I got back from church and see on the Fox Ticker that France bombed Mali?!
I go to Fox News site, Drudge and the Blaze, and it's not on top of anybody's page?
How is this not news!?!
What in the world are the French celebrating?

Anybody got a link on this one??

Been on yahoo for two day's.  It was in our local paper this morning also.

They are celebrating  starting aid to the Govt. of Mali in helping rid them of  the Taliban  that have taken over half of the country.  The real question  should be are they going to be able to finish the job without  major assistance from other NATO countries.

It's the French, the only European country to ever lose a war with Mexico.

Is France the only country to have lost a war with Mexico? With 20 million invaders from that country living off the fat of our land, with our government ceding traffic corridors to Mexican drug cartels by warning U.S. citizens that they can't be protected in those corridors and with our Justice Department arming those drug cartels for them to use against Mexican and U.S. citizens....I'd beg to differ. Seems like we have lost a war to Mexico worse than the VC, Al Qaeda and Taliban put together. At least we can't say we have won.

Speaking of Mexico..

People in the area said about 800 residents were participating in the armed groups acting as unofficial police. The vigilantes ordered a 10 p.m. curfew for the two towns and are looking for suspected criminals.
