ruger american rifle

thinking about a 300 to 400 yard deer rifle, who as experience with these rugers
 and what moa do you get at these ranges, Please tell which cal you use

not sure about the Ruger American, but I have been looking at the Savage model 11 trophey hunter xp for a long range rifle. For about $500.00 it comes with a nikon 3-9 BDC and accu trigger.
