Sen. Dianne Feinstein’s office confirmed that she will be introducing in the Senate Thursday a new version of the so-called assault weapon ban. A spokesman said the full text will be released at a press conference on Thursday.

The illustrious non budget passing assclown Harry Reid even realized a AWB would not pass. Even Stewert Smalley, aka Al Franken is up for re-election in 2014...and is treading lightly on his remarks.

and knows it. He's not alone.

In 94 the Dems took a beating for the first AWB. Just ask Newt.... they have not forgotten that.

They want to bring it? BHO only won by by a slim margin.....and in Red States, the Dems maintaining a majority in the Senate means more.

So they will of course LIE...

That didn't stop Franken from signing onto Lautenburg's magazine ban bill as a co-sponsor.
