It damn sure does. I'm just surprised it happened in New York, even if it is "western" NY..

If they could get rid of NYC New York State would be fairly red.

Tom is correct,If you take nycity &Albany out of the equation we would be a very conservative state,But they outnumber us in votes. There was a time when nycity wanted to become the 51st state,But when they found out they would loose funding from albany they backed out of the deal.

Caught this on WRSA blog, I think it is outstanding to see the "citizenry" make the clowns on the stage actually a bit "nervous"..

Especially when members in the audience openly said they will not comply.

As tom posted, this should happen in every county in the nation.

Not one more inch!!!!

I got almost 14 minutes in .  One thing I see, that I would use, was the woman touching the man on the arm to stop his movement.  He had stopped and was discussing his questions and she tried to hold him back.  That's assault and battery.

Sure...they may throw it out, but the effect of charging someone is cumulative and will begin to work on the minds of the anti's if every time they meet with people someone's got to "fix the ticket" or "sweep something under the rug" or perhaps...some day it sticks.  Somewhat like the safety pyramid, depending on which one what year, etc. something like 300 near misses and 30 non lost time injuries and 3 lost time injuries to 1 fatality.  I think the near misses are a lot higher...it's something I was taught long ago....but the point is one day doing that takes...and once it takes in one spot it get's easier to take at another and another and another.

Remember...we are dealing the with the anti-war group now in power.  Basicaly bullies and good timers...when Mikey got his eye put out...at Kent State...the anti-war movement was over.  Once a few of these pigs get sullied and lose some of their stuff they probably won't be so vocal.  Regardless, if I am wrong, then charging these people when the use assault to impede while acting in an official capacity will begin to become publicized and will be bad PR for their side and cause some sheep to think...just staying home instead of voting will be a good thing for sheep to do.  And, perhaps...it will get bad enough that it greases the path to
