Save the snark and smart ass remarks. Take it or leave it.
It is what it is..
(If you're unaware, this will surprise you, I hope.. If for no other reason than the speech was given in California of all places!)

Didn't watch the video , but Agenda 21 is a UN initiative occurring at the regulatory and local levels instead of at the legislative level .
They are heavy on the word "sustainability", but the ultimate objective is to force every one into large easily controlled urban areas where they will be unable to produce anything for themselves and will be completely dependent on Govt for every aspect of life.
An advanced form of the "Strategic Hamlet" program that was tried to combat Viet Cong subversion of jungle villages.

And for those who have not heard about Agenda 21, I would encourage you to do a Bing, Yahoo, or Google search and see what you come up with.

Glenn Beck has been a voice in the dark on this subject--I know, he's something of a bloviator and I can only take him in small doses, too.  However, I think he's on the right side of this.  He has also written a "fact-based" novel highlighting some of the aspects of this UN agenda.

The One World Government crowd is behind it, and they know they cannot proceed unless and until the sheeple have no weapons to resist with.  As Bob Dylan said nearly 50 years ago, The times they are a'changin' and friends, it ain't for the better for those of us who love liberty, freedom and the formerly American way.

The tree of liberty and the blood of patriots have an undeniable, symbiotic relationship.

I weep for my nation .

Even at a ball game, when someone talks during the anthem or doesn’t take off his hat, it pisses me off. I’m not one to be quiet about it, either.”  Chris Kyle

When I saw this story, I recalled the Agenda 21 stuff, and more directly related, (I guess) was the move/story about Soros focusing on the individual Secretaries of State, working to get "elected" those who agreed with his views, to effect his goals by going around, (and underneath) his Federal "tools"..
State level efforts are critical at this point..

The real clinchers are "policy" decisions at Dept of Agriculture and Interior.
Most of the actions are being taken at the State and local level, so any time you hear the word "sustainable" in the description of a bill or ordnance look at it very carefully and ask yourself how does this effect things like gardening, mineral rights, water rights .
Does this prevent me from doing anything I would need to do in a survival situation ?
