Good for you Mark LaRue!

NEWS RELEASE:
02/08/2012 LEANDER, TX.

Updated Policy for State and Local Agency Law Enforcement Sales:

Due to the recent and numerous new Anti-gun/Anti-2nd Amendment laws passed and/or pending across our country, LaRue Tactical has been forced to reconsider how we provide products to state and local agencies.

Effective today, in an effort to see that no legal mistakes are made by LaRue Tactical and/or its employees, we will apply all current State and Local Laws (as applied to civilians) to state and local law enforcement / government agencies. In other words, LaRue Tactical will limit all sales to what law-abiding citizens residing in their districts can purchase or possess.

State and local laws have always been a serious focus of this firm, and we are now dovetailing that focus with the constitutional rights of the residents covered in their different areas by the old and new regulations.

We realize this effort will have an impact on this firm's sales - and have decided the lost sales are less danger to this firm than potential lawsuits from erroneous shipments generated by something as simple as human error.

Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Given the actions of one LEO in California I can't disagree, not to mention the RKBA and equal enforcement.

I always wanted one of those Pershing II missiles....are they cheaper now that everyone is focusing on guns and ammo?

I think so, I've got an order in for a Polaris .
I figure with the big lake so close it will be handier than one of those land based models.

We better hurry before Nancy, Reid, Boxer and BHO make them illegal.  We can be grandfathered.

Are you going with the Trident or a surplus Polaris sub for that?  You know you can get some of them Tomahawks at the next gunshow if you go the Trident path.

I was thinking about throwing in some of those old NIKE X just for grins so I could have a White Alice in the front yard.  There were three or four of those at the last gun show too.  I always did like those when I was building model rockets...now that we can buy them at gun shows I'm going to cop one of those system plus a half dozen Honest Johns....like a John is honest, right?

You guys are just wasting your money - although it would be kind of cool.

Don't you know that all you need is a good semi-auto.

Ichiban,

That is why I am stocking up on 10/22's and ammo to feed them.  Seeing as I'm both a meat and trophy hunter I'm wondering where I'm going to mount that first 747 I take down  ???
