Enforcement doesn't matter .
What they are after is as many precedents as they can get .
Then they can twist them as they see fit.
Example ,  They regulate baseball and football because of steroids, that means GOVT can regulate sports .
Can you think of any sports that would be harmed by Govt regulation ?

How about IPSC ? IDPA ? CAS ? 3 Gun ?

    Was it back in the 90's when Nascar had to limit the number of gallons of fuel to cars due to a "shortage" going on in the public sector ? Or was it a scare from OPEC ?

I vaguely remember the NASCAR thing, but the one I really remember was the Indy 500 (before they split into two groups) where the government mandated lowered gallons per car available, and drivers were running out ... Indy cars run on METHANOL!!!  What the H does that have to do with gasoline?

Down in the hood they never enforce the laws and all you have to do is look at Chicago and if they disarm the middle class were screwed. Why doesn't Biden and Holder use Bidens example and have their security just carry SXS shotguns and see how that works for them.

They already know that the only people who will even think about obeying any kind of ban are the hard core law abiding, criminals and otherwise law abiding Pot smokers are already in the habit of ignoring laws and thwarting enforcement.

If he does'nt have time to enforce laws already in place he's not doing his job and needs to be replaced,he should be prosecuted for "fast and furious " anyway.
