I know, Bill.  I am "extending" the scenario to an extreme that might not be likely.  I say might not because I really don't know.

But one tactic in that scenario might be to target every major power plant, distribution center and as much of the power grid as possible and destroy it.

With the immigration policy we have endured in the past few years the most of the terrorists needed might be in country and working with maps and blueprints provided by government sources.  Or may not.

Any additional assistance might be airlifted in after martial law is declared.  Or they might not.

In any case, with the power grid severely damaged, neither side is going to be very effective at anything.

Time for the BHO family to pack up and go home.

Do I think this might be a scenario or alternative plan? Yes. 

Would I bet on it?  No.  Would I bet against it.  Same no.
