Wll the time has come and I have decided on a avatar but I am not sure how to go about getting it where it needs to go . I know you guys and gals have answere this before but  I can't find a post on it. So how about it just one more time?

Go into your profile and then click on "Forum Profile Information".  There you can upload your avatar.
