A long long time ago, there was a novel entitled "The Chinese Ultimatum". It postulated scenarios, albeit fictional, of the intricacies of strategy, warfare and seemingly unrelated diplomatic and political events. The strategy applies more today than back then. It was set in a macho era when all leaders were "men". Obama breaks that equation, however. As for the NKA, I always thought the great fear was from their artillery, both long and short range that are hidden in caves and only exposed to fire then to take cover in the caves. Besides, their skinny soldiers are hard to hit.
