UBC "Universal Background Check" that thankfully was defeated in the Senate for the invasive, usurpation, that went far beyond the background check system we already have...

And since criminals 99.9999999999% of the time do not comply with ANY background check, well it's obvious.

The only time a background check, universal or otherwise, would do any good is if criminals and those deemed mentally unfit to own firearms are also dumb enough to try to purchase one from legal channels.

Since the government is too busy, according to Greasy Joe, to prosecute those who attempt to illegally purchase a firearm with a failed background check, it will only serve to let the refusee know they need to look elsewhere.

No UBC to get back lost rights .
But I will compromise to this extent.
If they repeal all the failed Local, State, and Federal gun laws I will not insist on all ATF employees being charge with civil rights violations.

Not if you link their repression to increased murder rates, then it becomes a "Crime against humanity".
